I want to bring you up to date. And I ask for your prayers and support. This all happened quickly. We have been talking to some leaders in Nigeria for over a year. Nigeria has become the most dangerous nation in the world to be a Christian.
We expected to go later this year or the first of next year.
Now - we’re going in 15 days!
Just last year over 8,000 church members were killed, thousands of boys and girls kidnapped and placed into slavery of all kinds. Jihadists like Boko Harem, ISIS, Fulani tribesmen and more … it’s a war against the Cross.
Last Fall we started detailing a CMN launch across Nigeria. Then it moved quickly. We now have a publishing agreement, relationships are building, and resources are printing in Lagos.
A leading pastor in Nigeria invited us to launch CMN at his leadership conference. It is significant with over 3,000 pastors and leaders. It's this month - we were invited a couple weeks ago.
Following that major event, we will conduct a CMN men’s event in Lagos with Pastor Godman of Elevation Church—one of the new, powerful generation of leaders in Nigeria. Five U.S. pastors are on the team.
It’s a huge opportunity.
Please pray. Have leaders pray. We need prayer networks.
As the Lord leads friends like you, we need finances.
This came at a difficult time - but we are compelled to go.
If we insisted on waiting for "right" conditions, we may miss God’s divine timing.
We’re expecting this to scale across the nation rapidly.
